El próximo 27 de marzo la ciudad de Los Ángeles volverá a ser el escenario de los premios de la Academia de Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas, donde después de varias ediciones marcadas por la pandemia, se espera que vuelvan a su formato tradicional.
Los miembros de la academia podrán votar entre el 17 y 22 de marzo por los distintos finalistas de las 23 categorías, en donde destacan The Power of the Dog (El Poder del Perro) con 12 nominaciones, “Dune” (Duna) con 10, “Belfast” con 7 y West Side Story con 7 también.
El mexicano Guillermo del Toro también ha dado de qué hablar en esta edición de los premios con cuatro nominaciones a su nueva película: El Callejón de las almas perdidas, en las categorías mejor película, mejor fotografía, mejor diseño de vestuario y mejor diseño de producción.
